The ABS Certified, Standardized Services Protocol

ABS has developed stringent, procedural protocols that ensure Quality Assurance (QA) processes for ABS Field Technicians. These QA processes also serve as an educational tool for customers by providing a very clear understanding of ABS products, services and process.

The following 8-point protocol is an example of our VireoClean™ mold remediation process. All ABS services are governed by a similar protocol structure.

• Step 1 — Consultation & Identification

A complete customer interview and building investigation is performed by certified professionals, to identify issues. If warranted, recommendations for testing and repairs are given.

 

• Step 2 — Strategy

A detailed step-by-step course of action, Proposal and Scope of Service is developed specifically for your property.

 

• Step 3 — Site Preparation

Before services can begin, we prepare the customer and the property. Our customers know each step of the way what they can be expect from us

.

• Step 4 — Services

Services will be carried out in professional manor by ABS Certified Technicians in accordance with the customer accepted Scope of Service.

 

• Step 5 — Verification

After completion of all work a detailed review and checklist of services provided is reviewed and documented for quality assurance.

 

• Step 6 – Post Remediation QA Conference

Education is the key to the concept of a “Healthy Human Habitat”. After services are completed ABS staff will review with you all work completed, products installed and provide a clear understanding of the technology.

 

• Step 7 – Develop Service Maintenance Schedule

Depending on the type of products, services and application a detailed service plan will be developed for the maintenance and optimization of ABS technologies.

 

• Step 8 – Issue Healthy Human Habitat.com™ certification

Upon completion you will be issued an ABS “Healthy Human Habitat” Certification that you can display in your entry way or lobby that proves that you have taken a proactive step in creating a “Healthy Human Habitat”.

The “Healthy Human Habitat” Certification is an extension of the ABS brand that supports owners of residential and commercial properties. The ABS “HeHuHA” plaque provides proof that you have taken action to clean-up you personal environments for your family, friends, and employees. Certification is a sign that you care about their health and well being. You can proudly display this certification in your entry way or lobby demonstrating that you are doing your part in the fight for cleaner healthier personal and global environments.
