Dallas also served as a Director of Environmental Service Professionals, Inc. from its inception in May 2007 until December 2008. Additionally, Dallas holds a Branch II and III operators license from the California Structural Pest Control Board, #OPR 9030, and is a Certified Level One Mold Assessor by the Board of American Society of Professional Real Estate Inspectors. Dallas has been a member of the Indoor Environmental Standards Organization, and has been recognized as a certified IESO trainer. Dallas has also been certified by the American Society of Professional Real Estate Inspectors.
Is currently the CEO of Sparkplug Communications. Prior to this Ruley was most recently Chief Executive Officer of Hawaiian Telcom; President and Chief Executive Officer of NextiraOne; served in several senior positions at XO Communications; served in several senior capacities at Teleport Communications Group. He serves as a trustee for the Hawaii Pacific University, and attended the University of Kansas.
Is Chairman of Century Bridge Capital, an investment firm focusing on real estate with offices in Dallas, Texas and Beijing, China. From 1997 to 2005, Tucker was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Waddell & Reed Financial, Inc.; was Vice Chairman of the Board of Torchmark Corporation; Senior Vice President of Stephens, Inc.; Partner with KPMG Peat Marwick. Tucker holds JD and BBA degrees from the University of Texas.
