What is VireoCleanTM?

VireoCleanTM is a process of mold remediation that utilizes 100% natural, non-toxic, green products within a logical set of service protocols designed to seek out and eliminate mold in treated areas within 24 hours. How Does VireoCleanTM work?

VireoCleanTM uses all natural “green” products that can be applied as a fog. This technique gives us the ability to reach areas and treat mold that usually would have to be ripped out. Applied as a fog, the treatment reaches into otherwise inaccessible areas that may go unnoticed.

The VireoCleanTM process leaves nothing harmful behind, just a clean safe environment. Additionally, the process leaves a protective barrier which lasts for months against further mold attacks.

ABS follows a stringent set of logical procedural protocols that are designed to educate customers and provide a thorough understanding of our entire remediation process. ABS has broken down the remediation process into 6 segments:

 
  • Step 1 — Investigation

    • A complete building investigation is performed by ABS-Certified professionals, to identify the sources of water intrusion and the underlying cause of mold growth.

     
  • Step 2 — Strategy
    •  

    A detailed step-by-step plan of action is developed for your property. The detailed proposal and scope of service is developed for your approval. The estimate given in the proposal is guaranteed along with our remediation service.

     
  • Step 3 - Preparation

    • Prior to any remediation activities we inform you and prepare the property. From inspection to remediation you will understand each step of the process and what to expect.

     
  • Step 4 - Remediation

    • The entire process is usually completed in 2 to 3 days. ABS believes in treating the entire structure, including attics as well as the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems (HVAC’s). The client benefits by not being charged a containment set-up fee or daily fees for costly air-scrubbing units. Traditional remediation usually takes much longer.

     
  • Step 5 - Verification

    • After completing the remediation process, new samples are taken and analyzed by an independent fully-accredited, third-party laboratory to verify that the process was successful.

     
  • Step 6 - Post Remediation Conference

    • Education is the key to prevention. After the successful remediation we will lead customers through a step-by-step mold prevention tour of their property and call their attention to areas of concern where maintenance and/or repairs may be required.
